Project and feasibility reports

For boards, owners and lenders deciding whether to commit capital. We turn a plan into a report: market and capacity assumptions, capital and running costs, a financial model and the risks, in the order a lender or a board reads them.

01When it helps

You may need this when…

  • 01A new plant, warehouse or office needs a board or lender decision
  • 02A bank has asked for a project report with a loan application
  • 03An expansion into a new state or product needs its numbers tested
  • 04A plan exists in a spreadsheet but not in a form anyone else can check
02What you receive

Four things, in writing.

Each deliverable is yours: built in your tools, owned by a named person in your team.

06.1

Assumptions book

Every assumption written down with its source and owner, so it can be challenged and changed.

06.2

Financial model

Capital cost, funding, revenue build, running costs, cash flow and repayment capacity, year by year.

06.3

Sensitivities

What happens to cash and repayment if price, volume, cost or timing move.

06.4

The report

A written report in the order lenders and boards read: summary, project, market, costs, funding, projections, risks.

03How it runs

Four stages.

Dates for each stage are fixed in the written scope before work starts. The full method

  1. Plan

The promoter's plan and the evidence behind it.

  2. Model

    Numbers built, linked and checked.

  3. Test

    Sensitivities run; weak assumptions flagged.

  4. Write

The report drafted, reviewed with you, finalised.

Boundaries

What this is not.

  • A valuation report, a certificate or an assurance on projections. The assumptions remain the promoter's; the report says so.
04Questions

Common questions.

Will a bank accept the report?

Each lender has its own format and checks. We follow the lender's format where one is given and keep the model open for its review.
