There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. Please do not send identity numbers, bank details or health information through the form.
Consent and withdrawal
The enquiry form asks for your consent with a box that is not ticked in advance, next to a short notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the grievance officer; the data is then deleted unless the law requires it to be kept. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
Who processes the data
The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve pages and, when switched on, to check that forms are sent by a person (Cloudflare Turnstile), possibly outside India. Enquiries go to the company's workflow and email systems. When the live assistant is switched on, your question and the relevant page extracts are sent to the model provider to produce an answer. Providers act only on the company's instructions under written terms.
Your rights
- A summary of the personal data held about you and how it is used.
- Correction, completion, updating and erasure.
- Nomination of another person to exercise your rights.
- Grievance redressal within the period set by the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
Security and breaches
Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it. Personal data breaches are reported to affected people and to the Board as the law requires.
Children
This website is not meant for children and does not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new date.
