For boards and owners who receive numbers but not answers. We design the management information pack, the calendar that produces it, and the templates behind it.

01When it helps

You may need this when…

  • 01The monthly pack is long, late, and nobody reads past page three
  • 02Different reports give different numbers for the same thing
  • 03An overseas parent needs India figures in its own format and timetable
  • 04The owners want cash, margin and working capital on one page
02What you receive

Four things, in writing.

Each deliverable is yours: built in your tools, owned by a named person in your team.

03.1

Pack design

A fixed order: one-page summary, performance against budget, cash and working capital, risks and decisions required.

03.2

Measures that matter

A short list of indicators tied to how the business makes money, each with a definition and an owner.

03.3

Reporting calendar

Day by day from month-end to the board: who closes what, who reviews, when the pack goes out.

03.4

Templates

Built in your tools (spreadsheets, BI dashboards or the ERP) so your team can produce the pack without us.

03How it runs

Four stages.

Dates for each stage are fixed in the written scope before work starts. The full method

  1. Listen

What decisions the board takes, and what it needs to see to take them.

  2. Draft

A mock pack on last month's numbers.

  3. Run

Two or three live cycles alongside your team, fixing what slows the close.

  4. Hand over

Your team runs the calendar; we step back.

Boundaries

What this is not.

  • Bookkeeping or preparing statutory financial statements. The pack is built from your books as they stand.
Can the pack follow our parent company's format?

Yes. Where a group format exists we map India figures into it and keep a reconciliation to the local books.

Do you build dashboards?

Where they help. A dashboard is only as good as the definitions behind it, so the definitions come first.
